Banking...Finance...ZZZZ.... That's What We Need!

To be honest, I've always found finance and banking boring anyway, but Paul Krugman at the NY Times wonders (rhetorically, actually; I'm pretty sure I know what he thinks) if the banking industry needs to get back to its post-WWII, pre-Reagan boringness. I'm almost positive I've read almost this exact article from him already, but I haven't linked to it, so....
